I can only describe my recent trip to Marrakech as complete sensory overload. From the intricate patterns, tiles and mosaics to the bustling souk life, the call to prayer in Arabic from nearby minarets, the smell of spices, cedar, rosewood and citrus in the air and the strong African sun. This pillow was inspired by the magic that I experienced in Morocco.
