Pamela Gelsomini, wife and mother of 2 - Andrew (20) and Laura (16) has never been afraid of a challenge.

As an entrepreneur and world traveler, she's ziplined off of mountains in the Alps, plunged into the depths of many oceans, cruised down the Mekong River Delta, noshed on the Reblochon cheeses of the Savoie region of France, fell in love with fresh pasta in Florence, and so much more... -- all in the name of fun and food. Part of her wanderlust is about finding the eclectic local fare that she can experiment with when she is back home on Block Island.
